Exhibitions
The Pushing Up Daisies Exhibition is the culmination of each Eco Coffin Project. The exhibition displays the decorated eco-coffins, hand-crafted shrouds and urns made by the participants. These powerful personal works of art and love spark questions about sustainable death and raise community awareness of natural burial.
The exhibition venues during all of August include the Gawler Civic Centre and Down To Earth Funerals. The exhibition is promoted as a group entry in the South Australian Living Artists Festival (SALA).
The purpose of this part of the program is to share our learnings and insights with the wider community in this creative way.
