- Untreated & light sanded wood, no varnish or foils
- Natural cotton coffin lining and wood chip pillow
The Coffin-In-A-Box is a flat pack coffin made from eco-ply. The box is compact and easily stored until needed. Assembly takes about 30 minutes.
The pieces can be decorated in different homes and then assembled to make the coffin.
During COVID we had one participant post a panel to her family interstate for them to decorate and post it back. A great way to include family members no matter where they are located.
This eco-coffin checks all the boxes for our needs at the Eco Coffin Project. Participants and their families decorate their coffins and then store them away until needed.
